Project Overview

NUOE recently completed a comprehensive full office fit-out for Blatchford’s brand-new head office facility in Basingstoke. Designed to support over 150 staff members, the ambitious project required a rapid 5-day delivery and installation schedule—delivering an agile, high-performance environment delivered on time and strictly on budget.

The workplace layout combines ergonomic functionality with vibrant brand identity. Across the open-plan floorplate, NUOE installed back-to-back electric height-adjustable sit-stand desking paired with modern mesh-backed task seating and integrated locker storage units topped with biophilic planter boxes. Executive boardroom areas feature custom tables with solid oak legs and integrated flip-top power modules, alongside a bespoke credenza built specifically to house an under-counter fridge.

For breakout and dining areas, NUOE supplied a diverse range of social furniture, including colourful canteen stools, booth seating, picnic benches, and a bespoke coffee table. The lounge zones feature luxury seating, including Noma sofas and vibrant Timba seating by Richard Butler Furniture, perfectly colour-matched to Blatchford’s brand identity.
